Your neighbours, elected to serve.
The board is made up of Sterling Ridge homeowners who volunteer their time. They set policy, approve the budget and oversee the association's contracts. They are not employees, and they are not the management company — they are owners, the same as you.
Directors are contacted through management. To keep a record of every
request, please route correspondence through Scott Sullivan at
ssullivan@banningmgmt.com
rather than approaching directors at home.

Every board meeting is open to you.
Notice and the agenda are posted at least 48 hours in advance. Members may speak on any item listed on that agenda.
