Sterling Ridge Homeowners Association is a Florida not-for-profit corporation formed to maintain the common areas, administer the covenants and hold the community to a consistent standard. This website exists so that every homeowner can see what the association is doing, and when.

Every homeowner of record is entitled to an account. Choose Resident login, then Create account, and register using the email address the association holds on file. Registrations are checked against the ownership roster before access is granted, which usually takes one business day.
Yes. Board meetings are open to all members, and notice with the agenda is posted at least 48 hours in advance as required by Section 720.303, Florida Statutes. Members may speak on any item on the agenda. Dates are listed on the Events page.
Assessments fund common-area maintenance, landscaping, insurance, utilities for shared areas, management fees and the reserve accounts set aside for long-term repair and replacement. The adopted budget itemises every line and is available in the portal.
In most cases, yes. Exterior alterations — paint colours, fencing, roofing, driveways, structures and significant landscaping — require written approval from the architectural review committee before work begins. Submit the application through the portal and allow up to thirty days for a decision.
